What are the EOPS Office Hours?
Spring Semester 2025 Hours:* (Starting 1/21/25) CLOSED 1/20 for MLK Day
Monday: 8:00am - 6:30pm
Tuesday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Friday: 7:30am to 4:00pm

Do I need an appointment to talk to someone about the EOPS program?
No, you don't. Just give us a call at 805-289-6302 anytime during our office hours or send us an email at VCEOPS@vcccd.edu with any questions you may have. (EOPS Building)

How many units do I have to be enrolled in to qualify for VC EOPS?
You must be enrolled in Full-time units (12 or more) during the Fall/Spring semesters. Summer applicants must be enrolled in 4 units and be enrolled or planning on being enrolled in Full-time units for the Fall.
Do I have to apply for financial aid (FAFSA or CAADA) to be eligible for EOPS?
It is strongly recommended that you complete the Federal Student Aid application (FAFSA) or CA Dream Act application (CAADA) process. Students who do not complete a FAFSA or CAADA will not be eligible for financial assistance from EOPS.
Is there an application deadline?
Students may apply to the EOPS program at anytime, however, it is highly recommended that you apply as soon as possible in order to take advantage of all our services.
I am a Dreamer/AB540 student. Can I apply for EOPS services?
